Published prices are starting professional fees. An engagement letter defines the deliverables, transaction allowances, deadlines and responsibilities. Software, government fees, third-party charges and applicable taxes are additional unless expressly included.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, supporting records and timely approvals. Incomplete documents or unresolved issues can affect delivery dates.
Professional services
Website content is general information. Advice and filings depend on the facts and rules applicable to the engagement. Tax savings, authority approval and audit outcomes are not guaranteed.
Independent audit
Statutory audit requires a separately appointed eligible audit firm. Accountify provides preparation and coordination only within its agreed scope.
Website enquiries
The website prepares messages for you to send through WhatsApp or email. Opening a message does not submit it; you must send it yourself. No online payments are taken. A service engagement begins only when the agreed terms are accepted.
