NTN registration assistance from PKR 3,000
Accountify helps with document review, preparation and submission support for a straightforward individual or sole proprietor registration, then hands over the registration evidence and checked particulars. PKR 3,000 is our starting professional fee, with applicable taxes additional. Company/AOP cases, profile corrections, annual return filing and sales tax registration are separately quoted. Registration does not guarantee ATL status.
What is an NTN?
FBR income tax registration identifies the taxpayer. After e-enrolment, an individual uses the 13-digit CNIC as the registration number; a company or AOP receives a seven-digit NTN. Registration and active-taxpayer status are separate checks.
Individual or sole proprietor: prepare these documents
- CNIC/NICOP/passport particulars, your own email and a mobile SIM registered to you.
- A bank account-maintenance certificate in your own name.
- Address and income/business details.
- If you have a business: premises tenancy/ownership evidence and a paid business utility bill from the last three months.
AOP or company: a different checklist
Prepare legal-entity records, partner/director identification, representative authority, entity contacts and bank evidence, plus business premises records. A partnership deed and applicable firm registration evidence support an AOP application; incorporation evidence supports a company.
Which process applies?
Individuals can use FBR’s Iris registration process. New companies may receive their NTN through SECP’s integrated FBR process when complete and accurate information is supplied. Verify that result first. Other company/AOP cases may require the relevant FBR facilitation-counter process.
