Chamber of commerce membership in Pakistan

Prepare the right membership file for your business and city.

Start with the relevant chamber

Chamber membership is different from FBR registration and SECP incorporation. Confirm the chamber’s geographical eligibility, membership class and current requirements before applying.

A useful preparation checklist

Using ICCI’s published form as an Islamabad example, prepare identity records, business NTN and applicable return evidence, premises proof, a business bank certificate and photographs. Include sales tax records where applicable. Firms and companies also need their legal-entity documents and representative authority.

How the application progresses

  1. Obtain the current official form and fee schedule.
  2. Check that the legal name, NTN, banking and address evidence agree.
  3. Prepare the authorised representative’s documents and required endorsements.
  4. Pay dues, submit the signed file and answer scrutiny or verification queries.
  5. Collect membership evidence and record the renewal deadline.

Islamabad and Lahore

ICCI’s cited form requires a proposer and seconder who are valid ICCI members and describes an April-to-March membership year. For Lahore, confirm the current checklist and fees with LCCI. Requirements and renewal rules can vary by chamber.

We can organise and coordinate a membership application within an agreed scope. Chamber approval remains subject to its eligibility and scrutiny process.
